Refund policy

 

🔁 Return Eligibility
● The product must be unused and in original packaging with the seal/tag intact.
● The return of the product will be accepted within 7–12 days of delivery.


🚫 What Can’t Be Returned
● Any products on sale, custom-made orders, and products with removed or damaged
tags will not be eligible for return/exchange.


💳 Refunds & Exchanges
● If you receive a damaged product, we’re pleased to offer an exchange or refund if you
send us an unboxing video or clear photos within 12 hours of receiving the item.
● Once we inspect it, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 days.


🚚 How to Return
● Submit a simple return request online with product photos and videos attached. We’ll
review and arrange a pickup or share self-shipping details to collect it.


📦 Return Shipping Costs
● If the item is damaged or incorrect when delivered to you in such condition, we’ll cover
the shipping cost.
● For other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility—only the product
amount will be refunded.


🛡 Tag & Seal
● Items without the original tag or seal won’t be accepted.


⚠️ Reporting Damaged Items
● Please share an unboxing video or photos within 12 hours of delivery for a speedy
